A local Hopper attends an NYC apartment showing on your behalf, so you can get a closer look even when you can’t be there. Your tour can include a live video call, photos, videos, your requested checks, and a customized checklist, as arranged when you book.

An individual tour is $39 when booked at least 24 hours in advance, or $49 for an express tour booked less than 24 hours ahead. Express requests are welcome, subject to availability. See our pricing options.

That’s okay—you choose how you’d like to experience your tour. Join by live video call, or receive photos and videos to review afterward. Just select your preference when you inquire. Photos and videos depend on the showing contact’s permission and property rules, and live calls depend on connectivity.

Absolutely. Include your questions and priorities with your request, such as closet space, natural light, or visible wear. We’ll document what we can observe during the showing. Access may be limited, and we can’t guarantee an answer to every question.

For an individual tour, a refund may be available if the broker or real estate agent cancels, or if the apartment is rented or sold before the tour. Proof is required, and each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Package tours are non-refundable; in those circumstances, credit restoration is also reviewed case by case. See our full cancellation and refund terms.

No. We provide apartment touring and documentation. We don’t broker apartments, negotiate leases, provide legal advice, or perform professional property inspections. We share what we can observe; rental decisions and lease agreements remain between you and the landlord or broker.
